Judith is an Information Security and Risk Management professional with over 18 years’ extensive and progressive experience and a track record of successful execution of strategic initiatives. With a strong IT background, Judith has over 10 years’ senior management and consulting experience in Uganda and UK leading banks and the UK National Health Service. Judith was a country head of Technology Risk and Compliance for Barclays Uganda, a Global Vice President
(Information Security Manager) for JP Morgan Chase in UK for over 5 years before founding Risk Imperium Consulting.
Judith completed her first degree in Information Systems with Business Management in UK and is currently writing a thesis for her master’s degree in Management of Information Security and Risk. Judith also holds key industry certifications among others, such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) and CRISC (Certified Risk Information Systems Control).

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mbarara University of science & Technology, a post graduate diploma in Information Security Management from Uganda Management Institute as well as a Master’s in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Christian University - Mukono. Rebecca is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of ISACA. .
Rebecca has several years of experience in admistration and management and possesses strong penetration testing (Ethical hacking), IT Audit, digital forensics, policy formulation as well as fraud detection & prevention skills. Rebecca is also a university lecturer of cyber security and digital forensics in Uganda and is also well experienced in delivering Cyber Security trainings & awareness for users and technical teams.
